GMC-X802

GMC – X802 – C2/D is a weigh module for linear feeder packaging systems with vibrator.

Single scale (C2) or double scale (CD) can be selected. The new algorithm makes weighing control faster and more precise. Various communication ports make it easy to connect equipment to the system. Suitable for weighing powdery or small granular materials such as sugar, salt, seeds, rice, sesame, spices, milk powder, coffee, laundry detergent, etc.

Various unloading mechanisms: pneumatic, AC motor, stepper motor, etc;
Support batch process management, bag clamping/loosening, material level control, over/under alarm and low level feeding;
Support for analog auto-dialing, edge adaptive function, reduce debugging difficulty and provide an intelligent system.

Hardware Interface

2 RS485 Communication: For PC, PLC, printer, label printer, remote control or other external devices;
USB: Used for program upgrade, parameter import, export and backup;
10 Input/20 Output I/O ports: For start, stop, discharge, feed, I/O definable for different applications;
C2: 1 load cell interface; CD: 2 load cell interfaces: For 6-wire load cell balance, 1 interface can connect 8 load cells up to 350Ω;
