IT2000M Weighing and Batch Module
IT2000M is a control module for weighing and batching in automated systems. Main areas of use are as follows:
- Used as a W&M approved, MID compliant filling controller for liquid or solid material filling.
- Assumes the role of belt weighing controller in bulk material transportation and receiving.
- It works as a process weighing terminal for throughput monitoring and control in continuous weighing systems.
- It acts as a batch weighing terminal that can be connected to a host computer or SCADA system to provide automatic filling in multi-component batching operations.
- In addition to weighing and batching functions, it can be used as a W&M-approved, remote-controlled fieldbus terminal with integrated data archiving.

The weight value and status information from the balance is continuously transmitted to the PLC or control system via PROFINET, PROFIBUS DP or Ethernet/IP.
Thanks to its powerful ARM processor, it can take up to 800 weight readings per second. Supported by up to 14 opto-isolated fast digital inputs/outputs, the system operates within permissible weight tolerances, offering maximum throughput, minimum space utilization and a strong price/performance balance. In this way, a complete filling line can be effectively controlled.
With analog load cells, high-precision weight measurement and reliable batch operations can be performed on all scales.
