Tank weighing system is an application used to measure the material in tanks, bunkers, silos and reactors in a healthy way. This application consists of a load cell, load cell mounting apparatus, load cell collection box and weighing terminal, which will be determined according to the structure, location and number of legs of the tank/silon.
In order to make accurate measurements with this system, environmental conditions must also be taken into account. In case of a request for reporting within the system, it is possible to make all kinds of reports thanks to the changes to be made regarding the terminal. In addition, stocks and shipments can be easily tracked by integrating the application with the ERP, DCS system.
Different types of load cells are used in different applications. In addition to the mostly used pressure type, sheet type load cells, suspension type (S type) load cells can also be used in tank/silo weighing.
